Group FAQs

To help answer any questions you may have, we have compiled this list of Frequently Asked Questions. If you have any other questions please Contact Us.

Lunch storage

  • Make sure to add a lunch cart (free of cost) to your order if your group is bringing bagged/boxed lunches that need to be stored while you tour.
  • Make sure to label all lunches with the school’s name, teacher’s name, and student’s name.
  • Organize lunches into boxes/containers if possible.
  • Please ask students to make sure they do not pack items that can easily spoil.
  • Please note that lunch carts are first come, first served. A reservation does not guarantee a lunch cart, but we will do our best to accommodate groups while supplies last.

What do title 1 schools need to do?

Please contact group sales to receive more information regarding Coca‑Cola Global Community Connections and their role in possibly providing charitable vouchers for your school group visit.

What if we are a tax exempt school?

If your group is tax exempt, you must provide one of the following to receive the non-tax rate. Please send this to the group sales office in advance of your reservation by email or fax.

  • Georgia Public Schools/University/College: State of Georgia Certificate of Exemption form (GA ST-5)
  • Georgia Private School/University/College: Letter of Authorization (ST-USC-1)
  • Out-of-state tax exemption forms do not apply.

Where should we park?

For directions and parking information please visit: Directions and Parking. The entrance to the garage is located on Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd. between Centennial Park Drive and Luckie Street. Get driving directions to our parking garage. Please note that our parking deck cannot accommodate anything larger than a 15-passenger van.

Do you have parking for oversize vehicles (RVs, buses, etc.)?

Buses and vehicles larger than 7′H x 8′W x 16′L will qualify as oversized and cannot be accommodated in the Pemberton Place Parking garage. Visitors can utilize the Georgia World Congress Center bus marshaling yard. Passes may be purchased in advance through the GWCC Bus Parking Website with the access code WOCCBUS. Buses should plan to utilize our bus lane along Baker St. for drop-off and pick-up of passengers.

May we take group photos?

We welcome and encourage you to take photographs and videos of your group to share with your friends and family. There are also on-site photographers that will capture special moments at designated Magic Memories Imaging locations in the attraction. You’ll receive your own PhotoCard and can stop by the Imaging Gallery in Coca‑Cola Store to view and purchase your souvenir photos. Special pricing for group photo packages is available.
